01 Acceptance of Terms
Important: By accessing the hbjaee platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the hbjaee platform.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and hbjaee (the "Platform" or "we" or "us"). They govern all aspects of your use of the hbjaee website, mobile application, games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other products or features made available through the platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hbjaee. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document referenced herein, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.
hbjaee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only: hbjaee is strictly an adult gaming platform. Access is prohibited for any individual under the age of 18. Registering, depositing, or placing any wager on hbjaee constitutes a declaration that you are at least 18 years of age.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with hbjaee, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such individual who is employed by hbjaee or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners in a capacity that could create a conflict of interest.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must not have a self-exclusion agreement in place with hbjaee or any affiliated platform that remains active.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account and at any point when hbjaee requests updated information as part of its KYC obligations.
hbjaee employs age verification procedures as part of its standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or full account functionality is granted. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from hbjaee may result in account restrictions.
Any account found to have been registered by, or on behalf of, an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible, and all winnings accumulated during the period of use will be forfeited in full.
03 Account Registration & Verification
Each player may hold exactly one (1) active account with hbjaee at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. hbjaee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice and to forfeit any balances held within them.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address and mobile phone number. You must promptly notify hbjaee of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team at [email protected].
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. hbjaee will never ask you to share your password with our support staff or any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or while your credentials are in use — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hbjaee immediately at [email protected] so that we can take appropriate protective action, including temporarily suspending your account pending investigation.
As part of ongoing compliance obligations, hbjaee may request additional identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the platform, including prior to processing withdrawals, following unusual account activity, or when required under applicable law. Accepted documents include:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid Bangladeshi passport
- Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
- Utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months confirming residential address
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number)
04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the hbjaee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hbjaee does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on your side is entirely your responsibility and hbjaee accepts no liability for any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.
hbjaee supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the hbjaee cashier at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. hbjaee reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice, subject to giving reasonable notification to affected players where possible.
hbjaee targets withdrawal processing within one (1) hour for mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times. hbjaee does not charge withdrawal fees for transactions in Bangladeshi Taka, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. hbjaee reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds or the ownership of a payment method before processing any withdrawal.
Note on Deposits: Deposits made to hbjaee using funds that were not directly earned or owned by the account holder are prohibited. hbjaee operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and is obligated to report suspicious transaction activity in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
hbjaee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all hbjaee offers:
- Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Different game types contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different percentages. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
- hbjaee reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, reasonable notice of any change will be provided.
- Bonuses are issued to individual players and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts.
- Players who are found to be abusing bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or other irregular wagering strategies — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
hbjaee may offer enhanced odds, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, or tournament prize pools at its sole discretion. Participation in any promotional offer is voluntary, and declining to participate will not affect a player's access to the standard hbjaee platform.
06 Gameplay & Betting Rules
All casino games available on hbjaee use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by regulated and independently audited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. hbjaee does not modify or influence the outcome of any game.
By placing a wager on hbjaee, you acknowledge that:
- All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be reversed or cancelled after they have been accepted by the platform.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to every game and market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip prior to placing a wager.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or live betting event, hbjaee reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player. Voided bets are not eligible for bonus treatment or winnings claims.
- Jackpot games and progressive jackpots are subject to the specific rules of the game studio providing them. In the event of a jackpot dispute, the game studio's records shall be considered authoritative.
- Sports betting markets — including cricket betting covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled according to the official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI). hbjaee will not settle bets based on unofficial or disputed results.
- hbjaee may limit the maximum winnings payable to a single player in a single session at its discretion to manage risk exposure. Such limits will be communicated to affected players before any impacted wagers are placed where reasonably possible.
Live casino games streamed via Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules displayed within the game environment. In cases of disconnection during a live dealer hand or round, hbjaee will endeavour to resolve the outcome based on the available game server data. Where server records are conclusive, the recorded outcome will stand. Where records are inconclusive, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the hbjaee platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of balances:
- Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another individual without their explicit written consent.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of KYC verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the platform's software, databases, servers, or security systems.
- Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics, unless explicitly permitted in writing by hbjaee.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform in connection with any money laundering scheme, terrorist financing activity, or other criminal enterprise.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which hbjaee offers betting markets.
- Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions made through your hbjaee account without first contacting hbjaee support to resolve the issue.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing hbjaee staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
hbjaee employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is identified, hbjaee reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance seizure, and referral of evidence to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required by law.
08 Account Closure & Suspension
You may request the closure of your hbjaee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any remaining balance in a verified account at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any active self-exclusion or dispute.
hbjaee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is suspected.
- The account holder has been found to be under 18 years of age.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
- hbjaee is required to act by a regulatory authority, court order, or other legal obligation.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is suspected.
- The account holder has an active self-exclusion agreement in place.
In the event of a forced account closure due to a breach of these Terms, hbjaee reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. Players who dispute a forced closure may submit a formal complaint to [email protected], and hbjaee will respond within five business days of receiving a complete written complaint.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so instantly via their account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-excluded players will not receive any marketing communications from hbjaee for the duration of their exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as specified in the Responsible Gaming Policy.
Dormant Account Policy: Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. hbjaee will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee. The dormancy fee, if applicable, will be communicated to the account holder prior to deduction. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting [email protected].
